Violet & Tony have a house in Stoney creek which is block foundation. THey needed waterproofing  and because of the cememnt walkway around the house, exterior waterproofing was not an opption. Omni Bsement Systems installed the patented WaterGuard drainage system along with the amazing Supersump sump pump system. Gord was the lead installer on this job and did a wonderful job installing the Delta MS wall membrane. 

Tracy wanted a better sump that is more reliable and has backup because she lives close to the lake. Omni Basement Systems installed their incredible Triplesafe sump system. This Sump features two A.C. zoeller pumps and one D.C. battery back up sump pump. The work looks great with the sealed lid and the dual discharge line.

Builder Sump pumps are not always the best. Not only they typically have insufficient pumps, but the lids are not airtight, and this allows moisture into your basement. Add to that, they are generally ugly. They don't usually come with any sort of back-up system either in case of a power outage or pump failure.

They have airtight, easy to open, 2-piece lids, they are not an eyesore in your floor and they feature the incredible Zoeller cast iron, submersible pump.  This system includes our UltraSump battery back-up system which comes with a second pump, very large power cell and a charger for the power cell. The charger also comes with a data port that a home alarm system could possibly be plugged into if the home owner desires.

The walls are drained with Cleanspace wall membrane to ensure all the moisture gets into our Drainage system 

Michael has a crack in his basement. The crack comes down from the corner of the window which is the most common location for wall cracks. Omni Basement Systems sealed the wall crack with Flexispan wall crack repair system. Flexispan stays flexible for the life of the home and is warranted as such.
