We had a homeowner here in the city of Ottawa who needed our help. They had water intrusion and issues with their foundation walls in their basement. We installed a sump pump, clean space, power braces, WaterGuard and WaterGuard ports.

We had a customer in the city of Ottawa who needed our help with some water intrusion into their basement. We applied a flexispan to the area of concern to help prevent further water intrusion. Flexispan is a patented, multi-layered basement wall crack repair system that offers a flexible, long-term solution for water intrusion. Unlike rigid epoxy injections that can fail as a foundation's walls move. It works by first injecting a flexible, polyurethane sealant into the crack, then applying a foam strip that acts as a secondary drainage channel, directing any future seepage invisibly down the wall into the drainage system, ensuring a dry basement and a finished look.

Our Crew recently assisted a homeowner in Ottawa who had growing concerns about their basement due to moisture issues and signs of foundation wall movement. The homeowner wanted a long-term solution that would both control water and stabilize the structure. 

After a full assessment, we designed and installed a comprehensive system to address all concerns. To manage groundwater, we installed a WaterGuard subfloor drainage system along with a WaterGuard port for easy access for future maintenance. Collected water is safely directed to a TripleSafe sump pump system, providing dependable protection during heavy rain and power outages. An Ice guard was added to the exterior discharge line to prevent freezing and ensure year-round performance.

To control wall moisture, we installed a cleanspace wall system, creating a durable vapor barrier that directs any moisture into the drainage system. Rim joist insulation was also installed to improve energy efficiency and reduce drafts in the basement.

To address foundation wall concerns, our crew installed carbon armor straps and armor lock anchors, stabilizing the walls and helping prevent further movement over time.

The result is a dry, protected, and structurally stable basement, giving the homeowner long-term peace of mind and confidence in their home.

Our Crew recently helped a homeowner in Orleans-Ottawa by completing a full basement waterproofing upgrade to address ongoing water concerns. Prior to starting the project, the existing drywall was removed to allow proper access to the foundation walls and ensure the system could be installed correctly from the ground up.

To ensure year round performance, an Iceguard was installed on the exterior discharge line, along with a Rainchute EZ to direct water safely away from the foundation.
