In Sundridge, ON, a homeowner’s basement was at risk due to a failing sump pump that couldn’t handle heavy water flow or power outages. Concerned about flooding, they reached out to us for a dependable solution.

We installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which features three pumps, including a battery backup, to ensure protection even during extreme weather or power failures. With this upgrade, the basement is now fully protected against water damage, giving the homeowner long-term peace of mind.

In South River, ON, a customer faced a serious issue with a large tear in their crawl space’s moisture barrier, which led to excess humidity and poor air quality. Our specialist Jason travelled to Ajax to inspect his basement and give him a free quote for the installation of the WaterGuard. First, they dug a trench in the slab around the basement walls and to the TripleSafe™ in order to connect it. They then placed the WaterGuard system inside and filled the trench with cement, ensuring the drainage system is out of view.
