This home had a major underground water issue. They had another company install an exterior drainage system to try to help, however the crawlspace remained constantly muddy. The homeowner were eager to find a solution that would last and called up John's Waterproofing for a solution. After hearing about the warranties and science behind they moved forward with an encapsulation in 2020. They are pleased to report it is still keeping their below-grade space dry and healthy!

This homeowner called because water had been leaking into their crawlspace causing water damage. Along with water damage, the old vapor barrier was torn due to rodents. Our crew went out and installed a new drainage system to properly drain the water into our Smart Sump pump. The Smart Sump is perfect for the crawlspace and is made to fit perfectly with the CleanSpace Vapor barrier. This costumer now doesn't have to worry about water leaking into the crawlspace for years to come.

Home inspector called due to water being found in crawlspace  

This customer had been living in her new home for a few months before they found a door in one of the closets in their finished basement. When she opened the door she had found an unfinished portion of the basement that had visible standing water and damaged vapor barrier. Our crew installed a drainage system and encapsulated the unfinished space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier that is 20 mils thick and is tear resistant. She now had a dry space and even more storage without a worry of things getting ruined.
