This homeowners DIY sump pump couldn't keep up with the homes water issues, and they were using a shop vacuum to clear the pump to keep it running. They knew a long term solution was needed to keep their home dry and healthy. They turned to John's Waterproofing had had a full drainage system and TripleSafe Sump Pump with a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep this space truly dry and healthy.

This home had long term water damage from their leaking basement walls. We solved this issue by digging a pipe trench around the interior to drain to a Sump Pump and added in Brightwall Panels to keep moisture from the walls directed to the pump as well. 

This dingy basement was an eyesore so it was used for nothing but storage before out crews came. They installed a drainage system as well as a wall system so now they have a beautifully finished space. 

This homes electrical needed to be upgraded. Their old panel box was a mess of cords and the home had old wiring that was a fire hazard still present in a few rooms. To get the space updated and safe we redid the old wiring that was present and then upgraded and reorganized the panel.
