Here is a great example of what a difference an encapsulated crawl space can make. Waterproofing your crawl space eliminates moisture, allergens, mold, bacteria, dust mites, and rodents from invading your below-grade space. 

This homes basement had efflorescence and they were ready to address it with a waterproofing solution. We installed a WaterGuard Drainage system, CleanSpace Wall Vpaor Barrier, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

This homeowner had cold, drafty basement floors and was looking to improve his basement space. Our team installed the Thermal Dry Basement Floor system which is a built-in drainage and vapor barrier system. The flooring comes in tiles that snap together and install directly over concrete flooring.

Customer just had basement finished, and called us to install a sump pump 

This basement had cracks on the foundation walls, to address this issue we used Dry Trak to fill and seal the cracks. A WaterGuard drainage system was installed to collect water from the parameter and grade it to a newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. Along the walls we installed CleanSpace to provide waterproofing to the walls.
