Most of the year this basement was functional, though rather unsightly. Heavy rains brought moisture inside in the winters making the homeowner afraid to use the space at all. Our crew came in and installed WaterGuard and BrightWall Panels which made the basement dry and usable. Not to mention it looked much better.

By installing The ThermalDry Wall System in this basement, we prevent moisture from seeping in and causing issues like smells, mold and rotting. When installed properly with WaterGuard it will also channel the water into the WaterGuard drain system and out of your basement. ThermalDry has a reflective surface along with bubble wrap like material to help reflect and keep heat in the basement keeping it dry and warm.

We installed Thermal Dry walls and our patented WaterGuard perimeter drain in this homeowner's basement. The before picture shows evidence of water intrusion under the floors and behind the baseboards. The after photo shows our Thermal Dry system preventing any water from getting to the drywall that will be installed after our systems are in place.

This family wouldn't even go down into this space, they had a whole downstairs that no one wanted to look at. Our team came in and installed silverglo insulation, a wall system and flooring. The family was so happy they finished the space and now they have a new bathroom they use daily! 

We are experts in all things basement and crawlspace. Given this fact, we are not always completing standard waterproofing. Sometimes it is details such as this ThermalDry flooring that make the space more beautiful while providing necessary function. This flooring is raised from the concrete providing a 1-inch thermal barrier that will keep the basement warmer and prevent ground moisture from reaching your space.
