The customer had a partially finished crawlspace and basement combo, that needed lots of work. The crawlspace was complete concrete which made it an easy fix. We laid down CleanSpace along the entire crawlspace walls and floor. Making sure to seal it with a heat adhesive tape to prevent any drafts or water from leaking in. 

This crawlspace was in dire need of repairs. With insulation falling, and moisture, the space was not safe nor usable. Our team of professionals cleaned out all of the debris and insulation. They put in our Water Guard XL drainage system, Thermal/Dry Wall, and TripleSafe Sandidry sump pump resulting in a clean dry space that customer can now use. 

This homeowner wanted their home to be ready for whatever came, and this meant getting a whole home generator installed. Since John's Waterproofing offers a one stop shop for Cummins, they were happy to get the ball rolling. Our plumbing division, electrical division, and setting up the level base for the generator was all installed by John's and the home is now set up for a power outage. 

Brightwall Basement Wall Systems, along with Sanidry Dehumidifier, Waterguard and a sump pump was installed in the basement, and CleanSpace was installed in the crawlspace. This will keep both areas dry and looking nice!

This home in North East Salem had a crawl space full of water, causing the beams to sag and fail to hold up the foundation properly. This led to cracks in their inside walls. Installation of our Cleanspace encapsulation system and smart jacks helped their crawl space become a healthy, dry, and easy to work in environment.
