This home in North East Salem had a crawl space full of water, causing the beams to sag and fail to hold up the foundation properly. This led to cracks in their inside walls. Installation of our Cleanspace encapsulation system and smart jacks helped their crawl space become a healthy, dry, and easy to work in environment.

This homeowner was experiencing bad odors coming from the crawlspace through the Stack Effect. We found evidence of rodent droppings and water intrusion in the crawl space and installed our patented CleanSpace system.
