This crawlspace in McMinnville was full of water, dirt and falling insulation. The homeowner called complaining of trouble breathing and general concern about the health of the space. Our inspector Carolanee came to take a look and this is what she found. 

Our team came in and created a drainage channel and then replaced the vapor barrier creating a clean look and passes inspection so that they can then replace the fiberglass insulation and sell the home. 

This Crawlspace had mud caked on the old vapor barrier and the moisture content had caused the fiberglass insulation to sag with water which was rotting some of the support posts. To solve this we did a full Crawlspace encapsulation and added SmartJacks to add support to improve the integrity of the home. 

Our team came out to this home and dug out the wet muddy soil from the crawl space, giving the homeowners room to get down there for work as needed. We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System for moisture and a SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer to help support the home where a post was missing. The encapsulation system along with a sump pump and dehumidifier keeps the crawl space dry. While the SmartJack system ensures the home will be supported and the area won't sag due to rotting posts. 

We removed the wet soppy fiberglass insulation and installed CleanSpace with a SmartSump sump pump and spray foam insulation to keep this crawl space dry and clean and the home nice and warm. They will never have to worry about water and messy fiberglass insulation ever again!

This homes crawlspace had high humidity issues and falling fiberglass insulation. To properly insulate the space we installed TerraBlock on the dirt floor with a CleanSpace vapor barrier, TripleSafe sump pump, and Spray Foam insulation on the foundation walls.
