This dusty crawlspace was pulling up odd odors into the home. A few occupants suffered from mold allergies and found that an unclean crawlspace could worsen this allergy. We did a full encapsulation, and this image shows the crawlspace with TerraBlock, right before we laid down the CleanSpace. 

This Crawlspace had mud caked over the old Vapor Barrier. The fiberglass insulation had been in such a bad case, we had to remove it to fully examine the space. To waterproof properly, did a full crawlspace encapsulation. 

These homeowners found water in their crawlspace. It was easy to see that this could lead to an issue, so they called up John's Waterproofing. We performed a thorough inspection, and luckily no major damage had occurred. We cleared the space, did a full dry-out and encapsulated the area with a full drainage system, sump pump, TerraBlock insulation, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Spray Foam, and a SaniDry dehumidifier. 

This homeowner had purchased the house only a year ago, and rats became occupants of their crawlspace. They had a pest company help them get rid of the issue, but now they needed a solution to keep them away. They contacted John's Waterproofing for a long-term solution and were ready to move forward with a full encapsulation. 

Fiberglass absorbs any moisture from the air, and the ruins the insulation value. This homeowner thought fiberglass was their only option and had been having it replaced and reattached in the crawlspace, but figured their had to be a better way that would last. After searching online, they read up about encapsulation and gave John's Waterproofing a call. We cleared out the crawlspace of the old insulation and fiberglass and installed a full encapsulation. The homeowners are thrilled to see savings on their heating bills already!
