This home had a wet, nasty crawlspace that had mold growth and an old sump pump just sitting in a 5-gallon bucket. Nothing close to a professional job! The homeowner was shown how John's Waterproofing could create a clean environment and even add extra storage because of the height of the crawlspace that was present. Our encapsulation system will create a dry and healthy space to keep mold from growing as well as filter and clean the air. 

To collect ground water we installed a perforated pipe in a silt sock. This then has TerraBlock insulation and a CleanSpace vapor barrier installed over it. 

This homes crawlspace suffered from high humidity issues. The homeowners had the fiberglass insulation removed the year prior when they had to treat the space for mold. But with the space still open to the elements, the mold came back. They needed a way to encase the space to keep it dry and healthy, so they called up John's Waterproofing. We installed a full encapsulation!

This crawl space would regularly flood, and the fiberglass and vapor barrier needed to be replaced to keep up with this. To end the flooring the homeowners were ready to get a drainage system and sump pump to ensure the flooding would no longer occur. This will help prolong the life of the 6 Mil vapor barrier and allow the homeowners to not have to replace it as often.
