From their first visit to my home from Sean for an estimate to the crew that arrived to do the project, I was impressed. Everyone was extremely professional. The crew arrived on time, the crew leader introduced me to the rest of the crew and explained how they would proceed with the project. They protected the workspaces with plastic from my garage to the crawl space opening inside my closet. They went to work and kept me informed about the progress. The whole crew worked very efficiently and got the project done in one day. They left the work area spotless when they were done. Installed drain around entire perimeter inside the basement with sump pump in my 1925 home. it was very loud though when they used jackhammers to dig through the concrete; why they didn't use a concrete saw I'll never know, as it wouldn't have been so messy but they did clean up after themselves. They coordinated well with the plumber and also with the firm that removed the mold from the walls

Brad was thoughtful, cared about how it looked, tidy and a great guy.

We saw the company's truck in our neighborhood and we decided to get a free inspection for our crawlspace as well. The options were thoroughly explained to us and the crew was on time every day and absolutely amazing!

We went with another company to start, and had to have John's come in and fix it all. Now it has lasted years without issue, so much happier. 

I wanted you to know how much I appreciated the fine work you guys did on the waterproofing work that was done in our house in October of 2013. We have already reaped rewards health wise from having this done. Years before your workers came out to do the job, I was experiencing a lot of chest congestion and as time went by, it got progressively worse to the point the doctor prescribed me an inhaler to use to keep my lungs free enough to breath easier. It got so bad the doctor ended up prescribing me a second inhaler to use along with the first one. At the same time, I noticed a strange smell throughout the house combined with the smell of mold and mildew. It's been a year and a half since we had the work done and I am now free from using either inhaler as I can breath free and clear now including not suffering from congestion due to colds this past two winters. Both Wayne and I feel much better all around. thanks for a job well done.
