I cannot tell you enough how great these guys are. They went above and beyond and were the most polite people. I have a better house because of the encapsulation system. The house smells better, feels better, and my electricity bill went down too! 

days have made! Even after all the rain we've had on Tues and Wed, not to mention the wind and rain storm yesterday, my basement is completely dry.  Of course, I did have hope the waterguard system would work, but somehow it seemed almost too good to be true. Not so. It does seem to be true. The crew was terrific. They covered all my stuff with plastic and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. The jackhammering seemed to take only a few hours on Monday and the gravel and half the system were laid. I can't believe how fast it went.  On Tues the exterior drainage lines were done--in the pouring rain--and the sump pump installed. The cement over the interior trenches was neatly done and you would never know it's there. The same with the exterior which wa snot at all an easy job. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the salesman Kenny Low and of the crew. Lorenzo, Delfino and Corey. I want to recognize each man and thank them all of the their hard work.  I still find myself going downstairs to see if there is water coming through the center of the floor. and the shop vac is still sitting nearby but nothing has come. What a sense of relief.  Thank you! 

On this day of being thankful, as I just heard my sump pump kick on for the *third* time, I can't leave you guys out! Your service here was an absolute life-saver. six years later and not a single regret-it was the best money I ever spent. Thank you all so much! I called today to set up a continuing education class. John gave a class to my last real estate office and we learned so much. I moved to a new office and can't wait to have John talk my new office.

The crew was wonderful, they cleaned up so well, my home feels cleaner than it was before. Their work was top tier! 

IN THE CRAWL SPACE: Removed ALL the old, wrinkled up, dirty (and in some places wet) water barrier; removed all the old debris under the house as well and smoothed out the dirt flooring in the crawl space.  Added a complete sump pump system.  Added a brand new barrier system that went all the way up the side walls.   OUTSIDE:  Added underground piping to bring the rainwater from the gutters to the back of our property and then replaced all the grass and dirt that had been displaced. Member Comments: After we had a big shower pipe leak go undetected under our home (until we had a plumber inspect and fix it) my husband hired John's Waterproofing to replace the barrier, add a sump system in case another pipe were to ever break and go undetected. We also decided to add in gutter drainage as an additional precaution. Our only crawl space access is a small door in the floor of a back bedroom so we were concerned about how they were going to be taking out 1300 sq feet of old wet dirty plastic barrier sheeting. The crew arrived promptly and went right to work putting up PROTECTION on every wall and the floor of the back bedroom, and then the floors and walls of the hallway and living room so they could take all the dirty/damaged barrier sheeting outside without getting our freshly painted walls and our brand new carpeting dirty. I was impressed. Then, the crew split up to complete both the outside repairs and the crawl space clean-up and sump pump installation simultaneously. They were GREAT guys and I really enjoyed their sense of humor and willingness to explain everything they were doing in great detail. They were also very skilled, quick and professional. Gracious even, refusing all offers of beverages on a hot day. They tested everything out when done and then I was given instruction on the use of the sump pump and the things that it does and could/would do. He was very easy to understand. They hauled ALL the bad barrier and debris away without added cost. When they were gone, there was nothing for me to clean up or wipe down inside or out. I looked in the crawlspace and was SO RELIEVED!!! What a HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! I am so glad we hired John's. 

I could not be more pleased with the water abatement work in our crawl space that included significant drainage work and installation of a Triple Safe sump pump. I would not hesitate to use them for any future work.  Our salesman was very responsive and informative. he took the time to answer questions and provide advice.  When the crew arrived they were incredibly hard working. The team lead went out of his way to provide post-installation photos, which I had requested. They left the site as clean or cleaner than before the installation. That was no easy task given the excess amount of backfill rock that remained in the driveway.  John's Waterproofing was recommended by the real estate agent that has assisted us with two home purchases and the entire process was outstanding! 

I really appreciate their friendly personalities and their honestly!

David came out today to the spray foam and he fixed the lumpy areas under there in the crawl space floor. He was really nice, he was really good, we were very happy. Yeah, he was really good. So we are happy we paid and everything's done. I would also like to thank Jen a lot as well. She is really good at her job and I appreciate her for listening to me and walking me through the process. 

I just wanted to express how very pleased I have been with your company and the entire process thus far. Michael answered all of my questions but I was not ready yet to sign. He called me back to answer my questions and I plan to move forward and get my damp basement fixed to become a usable and beautiful space.

He did good work, very thorough inspection, and knowledgeable. 

I was very impressed with the thoroughness that Bob Beachboard showed. For example, he was the only person who came to my house who used a moisture meter on the walls. Like the others, he thought I didn't have an immediate problem, but that I should keep an eye on things so that they don't get worse.
