This 1928 Turner, Oregon home features a unique basement/crawl space combination that has faced considerable water accumulation on the basement floor and rodent issues. In their desire to maintain a dry and pest-free basement, the homeowners contacted TerraFirma for assistance.

The homeowner in Pleasant Hill, Oregon, was concerned with water and humidity in their crawl space. To fix the issue, they reached out to TerraFirma for help.
