We expect that the team that will come out to physically work on our home will be as knowledgeable as Ryan. We are retired and budget conscious and we certainly would not proceed if we felt it would not permanently solve our crawl space problems. There is no date set yet to have our project completed, but we are 100% sure we are going with TerraFirma and going to complete the project all together. Ryan was very thorough and provided many option on not only the solution needed, but on financing to get the work done. Ryan has crawl space repair and knowledge down to a science. He was a real expert in the field, so I felt very comfortable working with him and the company. He is a great representative for TerraFirma. During construction, we hardly noticed them working. It was a pretty non-invasive project. They were there early in the morning and were done with the project before the end of the day. We appreciated their speediness and punctuality. I am happy with the work that was done. Dehumidifier is in place and working correctly.

I have had a good experience overall working with TerraFirma. I believe they were very professional and knowledgeable in the field. Patrick was able to explain the benefits of encapsulating our crawl space. We went over his computer presentation and agreed that this was the best option for our crawlspace. The reason I proceeded to work with Patrick is because he remained in constant contact with me. He was always available to answer questions and make sure we were 100% comfortable with how the project was coming along. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Initially there was some mess but they cleaned up very well and were out of the home in less than two full days work.

To say the least, we were very impressed with Patrick. In our experiences working with home contractors, they don't listen, they don't take our opinion into consideration because they are the "experts" and, it is an overall tense appointment. We did not find any of these thing to be true with Patrick and TerraFirma. They listened to my suggestions and took my budget into consideration. At the end of our appointment with Patrick we felt very comfortable that we had agreed upon a solution that I was happy with and could afford as well as one that Patrick and TerraFirma could stand behind and guarantee would be a permanent solution.

The clean space seems like it would be a lot more expensive than what we paid for it considering the condition of my crawl space. Having the work done during the construction of the house would be the easiest way. For me, I had it installed afterwards. Jason explained the benefits of having this project completed immediately as my crawl space was one of the worst cases he has seen. We now have a crawl space with a sump pump and dehumidifier. Our house isn't resting on a puddle anymore with rotting beams. Happy I took care of the project and happy I chose TerraFirma.

Deryl was the representative that came out for my estimate. Deryl was more friendly than anyone I've worked with. What an extremely personable guy and just flat out friendly. The actual installation took about a day and was very non-intrusive. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend TerraFirma to family and friends. Excellent service on the phone. Excellent service my our inspector Josh, and excellent installation for the production team. With my experience working with specialty contractors, it was like pulling teeth and you had to pay an arm and a leg. Working with TerraFirma was nothing like that. I though the price was fair and the service was great. I don't have any negatives to say about TerraFirma. Waive all my installation fees and make it free would be the only thing I could think of changing. ha. Great job everyone. TerraFirma is clearly leading their industry.

Everyone we worked with through the whole job process was great! The representative that first came out gave a good presentation, and the crew was on time when the came to start the work.

Casey Moore, the estimator who visited us was very professional, courteous and helpful! Jeremy Schwab, the crew foreman who performed our work was a credit to your company. So nice to have young men working in our home that had pride in their work. They were neat, courteous, tidy and professional The work was done on time and as advertised!

Didn't really have a lot of expectations going into the project. Initially we wanted to get an idea of what the problem was, what the solutions could be and how much it was going to cost. Chris came out and spent 2 hours examining our home and going through his presentation. Chris did a great job explaining the why's and benefits of getting the job done asap. This made a lot of sense to us, so we took care of it before our crawl space became an even bigger problem. Working with Chris and TerraFirma was a treat.
