Great job Deryl and team! Our house is very old. We have been living there for about 15 years, but the house itself is about 70, so we wanted to make sure we were taking the proper precautions with working on an older home as well as give it a proper face lift. Our foundation had been settling for as long as I can remember. The cracks in the wall kept getting bigger so we decided to finally call someone. TerraFirma to the rescue! Deryl was our representative. He impressed us, and as you would call it "WOWed us every step of the way". The project was a little more invasive than we had thought with excavation but the installation guys cleaned up magnificently. I think it actually looked better than it did when they started.  Thank you Deryl for listening and considering all of our needs and TerraFirma for kicking butt!!

You have an ace in Ryan Lahley. Treat him well! I feel totally comfortable having your company take on my project. I like having the reading materials sent out a head of time. They were very helpful. I received another bid earlier and it was so unclear to exactly what they were going to do. I realize after meeting with Ryan that the other company was giving me things I didn't need. Ryan took care of everything and made the process very easy.

On a project as big as we had on our hands, we wanted to make sure that we were getting the best possible solution out there from the best company. And also something that would be long lasting. TerraFirma provided exactly that. Josh made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision going with TerraFirma. All the information was simplified for me and I understood everything they were doing (for the most part) that Josh and his installation crew were going to perform.

Office staff was courteous and helpful. The estimator engineer and project foreman all were knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling the project was a big part and they worked with our schedule!

Dan did a great job explaining the steel push pier system and showed how they worked on his computer with photos and videos. His knowledge and explanation of the time it would take your crews to do the work made me feel a lot better as I was thinking I might have had to be away from work for several weeks. Instead I was very happy to hear that we were only needing to shut down for a little less than a week. The proposal was very reasonable, much less than I had anticipated. Dan set great expectation that the next steps would be to get a structural engineer to visit and the permit code would be submitted to Tillamook County. We were so happy with the outcome of the project and we look forward to working with TerraFirma in the future.

Absolutely fabulous crew. Quiet, polite and protected everything! They worked so hard. The company and all its staff made the project understandable and very easy to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and complete. 

I appreciated receiving the booklets on foundations and crawl space.  They made me very confident that TERRAFIRMA was the best company to meet my crawl space needs. All the office staff very courteous, positive and helpful.  Angie, for example helped me with a question on billing. I went under the house with Josh and he showed me roots that had invaded under the foundation and posts that had sunk. He is very knowledgeable and his sales presentation was detailed and clear. He is a very friendly person and a superb representative of the company. Nate (foreman), Nick and Justin were as hard working a crew as I've ever seen.  Nate explained what he was doing at every step of the way and welcomed my many questions. The reason we chose TerraFirma was because of the ratings Angie's List and reading the description of what the company does.

We did encounter one major issue but, your quickness in handling the problem was excellent. All issues were resolved according to our satisfaction. Thank You! We recommend Josh of install crew be groomed for a foreman job. Very impressed with that young man. Josh was awesome! Very honest and answered all questions and calls! Nate had excellent communication with us and his crew. Very friendly and went above our expectation. Clean up was excellent! Could not have asked for better!
