When we purchased our home, the basement walls were wet and had standing water on the floor and this was during the drought of 2001. Since the waterproofing system was installed, we had the basement finished and have had no problems with water or even a musty smell. It’s dry as a bone, regardless of the amount of rain we receive. The system has performed perfectly and turned our basement from a “cement pond” to a clean dry family room, bedroom, and storage area.
