Waterproofing Specialties, Inc. installed a waterproofing system in a finished family room in the basement of our home that completely eliminated water that we had been battling for years. I had a very serious water problem in my basement. I talked with several contractors about fixing and received no concrete evidence that the problem could be solved. Are we glad we did this? You bet we are!! This Water Guard System absolutely cured the whole problem. We haven’t had a drop anywhere since installation. (Except of course, for the Bradford flood) That water backed in through the sewer system not the walls. Otherwise, we would have remained dry through a disaster. Fortunately, the pump system sucked it all back out again within two hours, and Waterproofing Specialties were great to work with. Very professional.

The best investment I have made was to contact Waterproofing Specialties to waterproof my basement. The water on the floor, the bugs and the smell are GONE!! It was money well spent.
