In our Jacobsburg, OH project, we faced the age-old issue of sagging floors over the homeowner’s basement, creating unsettling instability throughout the living space. Before our involvement, homeowners felt a little off-balance with floors that weren’t supporting their day-to-day activities. As you can see in the after photo, our innovative SmartJack® System brought transformative results. With strategic installation, we reinforced the-floor joists to their rightful position, stabilizing their home and their peace of mind. The home had a bowing wall that was repaired permanently with PowerBrace. 

The basement had an old locust post made of wood that failed. The owner put up a a temporary support post but it did not effectively carry the weight above. Keystone installed a new SmartJacks with supplemental beam to carry the weight of the two wooden joists above.
