Our WaterGuard basement drain system takes this drainage concept to the next level by using a wall flange that allows seepage to enter the drain and collects water off the walls to easily funnel it away from the homes foundation. In Fairmont, WV, our team was met with a basement treacherously prone to water intrusion, robbing the homeowner of peace and utility (see before photo). As a permanent solution to keep this basement dry, we installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. This system will collect water from the walls and pump it away from the foundation, preventing any further leaks. We also installed a battery backup system to ensure the sump pump is always operational in case of a power outage.
