I am very pleased by the new beams and footings that Keystone Basement Systems installed in my basement to shore up the foundation and joists. They look great and will provide stability for decades. Great work, fair prices, and phenomenal communication and prompt answers from the entire team along the way, especially Michael Ashburn. I appreciate how Michael took the time to thoroughly explain options, scenarios, impacts, and costs along with sending detailed proposals. He also educated on where I could monitor other areas for changes versus where other companies had merely sought to sell me products and services that may not be a long term solution for my home and even unnecessary. They also checked in to make sure I was satisfied after. Top notch service, highly recommend!!

  Chris came out to measure and give an estimate to strengthen a bowed basement wall with PowerBraces and patiently answered my questions for days after. Yesterday Juan and his crew installed the braces and they appear to be what was explained to me. I should now be able to sleep without worrying about that wall. They, Chey and Lacye at the office were all professional yet friendly throughout the process and answered my questions in detail.

He was very educated and proud about his work and the company too. He explained A-Z what our issues were. He made sure he took the time to explain everything and also to understand the issues. He made sure we were on the same page with what we really needed done and what we could afford. You literally can't beat the price. They're all about teamwork. Eugene was on the phone with a coworker and supervisor making sure everything was accurate and everyone was up to date on the upcoming project. Eugene made us feel like we could trust him.
