Ken, from Keystone Basements, came today to do my annual pump inspection and installed a [dehumidifier]. Overall, the company is awesome to work with and has always been patient with my questions. The homeowner was extremely worried about what was going on. Even though the problem was a longstanding one, she was unaware. To her, it was brand new…abrupt, scary. She called her brother and he found us. He was present at the inspection. We love that. He then asked questions and ensured his sister was taken care of.
