Our client was the new owner of this home. She quickly noticed a moisture problem, not knowing the source she called our team for a quote.

The team realized that this moisture was coming from the crawl space. They also found water infiltration on the upper floors. A complete solution with the CleanSpace, the SmartPump, an IceGuard and a LawnScape will guarantee a dry and usable crawl space.

When a wall is cracked in multiple places, a more effective solution than sealing is waterproofing of the foundation wall.

We carried out this type of repair at a Saint-Pie customer.

We solidified the wall using carbon fiber strips to prevent the wall from moving and creating more cracks, and then we installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane which blocks water and vapors and redirects them to the WaterGuard interior drainage and water drainage.

And finally we connected this membrane to the SuperSump sump pump system.
