In Lac-Saint-Joseph, this basement had water infiltration, high humidity, and a significant risk of mold, compromising air quality and structural integrity. Our WaterGuard drain was installed just above the foundation footing to ensure effective drainage of groundwater and prevent blockages. This sump in East Hereford was not doing its job since at each great rain the water ended above the slab of this basement.

We have replaced this old pump with our SuperSump pump and this basement is now completely waterproofed!

This pump has a hermetically closed system (no moisture that emerges), which installs with a floor drain and an alarm system.
