Facing excess humidity and water infiltration within a room in a basement, our clients called us for help. It was clear that their basement walls and floors were deteriorated from the excess moisture and the leakage. We started by installing our WaterGuard internal drainage system which will successfully channel any infiltrated water outside house and far from the foundation. Next, we put in place our excellent Basement to Beautiful panels. This is the perfect system to install in case basement finishing is planned, as it provides outstanding thermal insulation. And to complete the basement finishing, we installed our high quality ThermalDry Walls and Elite Waterproof Flooring. Client was extremely satisfied with the results as he directly noticed the difference. 

We repaired the basement slab that was sagging at this house in Verdun. Symptoms can be clearly seen in the cracks existing throughout the wooden support columns in the crawl space. By installing our slab piers, we stabilized the slab and the sagging floors in the upper house.

Our client from Hochelage, Montreal started noticing Drywall cracks throughout the house in addition to sagging floors which made him contact Systèmes Sous-sol Québec’to  have his crawl space encapsulated.

The insulation helped solve many issues the client had, and had improved the home comfort, healthfulness, energy efficiency and value of the house by insulating the upper floors from the cold, making the Crawl Space clean and letting her use the crawlspace as an additional storage room.

We have fixed our client’s foundation wall cracks in Pincourt, that had water seeping through those cracks, through injecting our Flexispan, polyutherane and SentrySeal injection.
