Hi Peter, I just wanted to let you know that I thought Sebastien and his crew did a great job retrofitting the pump. It was quite a challenge for them when we discovered a pipe under the floor. In regards of that water leak we discussed beneath my deck, it turns out it wasn’t the cause. It was actually the conduit pipe: the caulking was severely deteriorated. I did take your advice and spray foamed the hole and re-caulked the area. Thanks for the assistance. I think the sump pump will give us some peace of mind for the future. Regards, Daniel

From start to finish, the whole installation process was impeccable. The first inspection of my needs by a sales representative gave me answers to every question that previous companies had not been able to address. At that point, I was already sold but it only got better. My request to change the installation date was honoured with grace and generosity (I was surprised to have an earlier date, which was welcome). During the 2 days of installation, the technicians were communicative, well informed, efficient, and most of all, clean (they worked in the dirt, yet the results were nothing but "hospital white" and clean!) Within a few hours, the atmosphere in the crawl space could accommodate all of my storage needs without worry of mold or decay. Truly, I couldn't be happier and would choose 11 stars if I could.
