I think I saw you on South Carolina TV station ads. The office staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The representative was a good person, well presented, knew the process and products very well. No pressure sales!! I was pleased with the completed job and all personal involved with sales and installation. Now we'll see how product and workmanship holds up over time!

The office staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. I am a bit neurotic and they were thorough and kind. My husband has more knowledge about what was proposed by the salesman and my husband asked/talked a lot which the representative appreciated and wasn't offended. We chose All-Dry because of the price and the trust my husband had in the representative. They were a little late but that was because the GPS took them the long way, bless their hearts! The crew was VERY Courteous! There was hardly any dust/dirt anywhere. It is good to know that we are covered under a warranty.

We chose All-Dry because of past history - we had used the service on a house we once owned in the Upstate. The crew arrived a bit later than we were told on the first day, but we are used to that where we lived. I was not able to stay until they were done but requested them to be clean for renter coming.
