There were several problems with my job, the installation was difficult and the SaniDry unit had problems. Your company never hesitated to address concerns and make things right. That is the true measure of a company's integrity. Always helpful and prompt to reply. Very hard workers. I spoke to Lee several times and always received the info I was looking for in a very gracious and professional manner. I had Alex at my house previously for an estimate, but not have the work done. The crew never set foot in my yard. They walked through mulch beds to get to my basement. Stuart came out for the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us several options and discussed at length how our project would develop. Out of all the quotes from different companies, not only was All-Dry the least expensive, but it also reflected what WE wanted for our basement and was within our budget. The work itself started before the actual projected date and was completed promptly and professionally. So far so good, very neatly done. The salesman was very good, he knows his product. I was actually was going to use another company but they couldn't come out for over a week. The installation crew were real gentlemen-polite and hard-working. The salesman was honest and knowledgeable. I had estimates from three other companies using various methods for solving the problem--not impressed by any of them. I called my son who had your company waterproof his home in Chattanooga, TN. Checked for local listing in Yellow Pages. My son was very satisfied with the work done in his home.

The representative was very good and figured the best way to correct the problems. We chose All-Dry after we checked the BBB-found NO complaints and the price was reasonable. The crew cleaned up completely. Everyone at All-Dry was friendly and the crew worked well together. We will let anyone know how pleased I am with the service.

The rep was very thorough he had a good explanation of the process. My son had been told about your work and talked to one other company. I didn't like what he told me they would be doing. The crew was very professional and stayed busy the whole time they were here. I am well satisfied with the work that was performed.

Lee provided any information or assistance we requested. Alex made several visits to revise the proposal, as the extent of the problem became apparent. We chose All-Dry because the proposed solution completely addressed the problem. Francisco and crew encountered some unexpected issues but effectively dealt with these and explained solutions. All materials were removed by the crew. All representatives were responsive and easy to work with. Especially appreciated John's visit to the site. Nice to see a company where the owner takes a personal interest. No one to recommend at this time, but will recommend you, should I become aware of someone.

The installation crew was excellent and the office staff was very informative. We chose you because of your warranty and because I think it is a very good basement system. Jose, Samuel, and Ignacio are very hard working, and the most polite team of workers I have ever had contracted at my residence. Thank them for me Please.
