The representative was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. All-Dry was the only estimate I requested. With all the torrential rain we have had since installation, I haven't had a drop of water in the basement. What a relief!! I wish I had done this much sooner. I am interested in the annual maintenance.

It has not rained really hard yet, but Francisco assures us that he found our initial problem and has corrected it with a second sump pump in another area. Very efficient! The installation crew was very efficient and courteous, helpful in explaining what needed to be done. The salesman did an excellent job in explaining the procedure we needed in order to correct our problem. We were impressed with his helpful presentation. We were pleased and impressed with Alex Rogers, as he explicitly explained everything to us about your system in a very professional way. The crew came about 8:15 A.M. and worked until 6:30 P.M. Everyone was super nice in the office. We were pleased with the representative, even though we weren't happy when we found it he priced it wrong, but they held to the original quote. The crew was courteous and even helped kill a snake in the yard!! The clean up was awesome! I have to admit we were a little scared when we got the message that the guy quoted the wrong price but really appreciate that yall honored it even though it was wrong.

Your representative and his presentation were very helpful to me, because I had to explain this to a group of men the same week, and it was easy to do after his presentation. We had other people looking at the water leak but after talking with your representative and his presentation and explain it to the group they wanted to give the job to your company. Approximately 2 weeks ago you completed an installation of your All Dry System in my home.  I live in Columbia, SC in a 90 year old house built over a crawl space. I wanted to commend you on the crew that you sent to do the work.  They arrived on Monday about 9:10am and were there until about 7 pm.  On Tuesday, they arrived at about 8:50 am and stayed until the job was done, which was about 8 pm.  The crew was terrific.  They were thorough, fastidious and did a very complete job.  They were very professional and also courteous.  I am so pleased with the work they did and would recommend then highly. As far as the crawlspace solution, it is fantastic.  I had called initially because my house, particularly in the summer, has a musty smell.  It wasn't bad, but it was there.  After the installation of the All Dry System there is no smell and the house seems much cleaner and cooler.  It was all I could have hoped for. Please feel free to use my name if you come across any reluctant potential customers who may be unsure.  The system does what it says and is well worth the cost.  If someone's roof were leaking they would have no choice but to fix it.  I think this has equal significance but it is something that could be ignored.  It is well worth the price. We chose All-Dry because of the sales rep, products, financing, and price for service. The installation was flawless, courteous is an understatement, did a great job, extremely careful and concerned about quality, kept it as clean as humanly possible I dreaded the process and it was one of the easiest things I have ever done.
