George and Melinda L. recently bought their home in Easley, SC. During the inspection of their new home, the inspector did not catch the need for foundation support under their bedroom. As time passed George and Melinda noticed the floor in their bedroom continuously getting worse. They knew it was time to find someone to help them feel safe again. Melinda's sister suggested to them that they call Cantey Foundation Specialists and ask if the SmartJack system that was installed under her home would be right for them too. They called in and were scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Ryan Holloway. Specialist Ryan came out and did an inspection, finding that Melinda's sister had been right. Cantey's patented SmartJack system would be the perfect solution to solidify their foundation and give their floor the lift it needed. He further explained to George and Melinda that a section of soil would be removed for each SmartJack where the tightly compacted crushed stone would be placed. Footings would rest on top of that to form a base for each galvanized steel column measured to fit their crawl space would be positioned. The steel columns would then be attached to the existing beams in their crawl space and then be adjusted to create lift. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder, and Production Team Member Austin Boan came out and effectively installed the SmartJack system to George and Melinda's home. George and Melinda no longer worry about the foundation under their bedroom and finally feel safe again.

Homeowner Chris W. is from Williamston, SC and like others, he is often very busy. Chris owns his own business so he is always on the go and often does not have much time for anything but work. He got a call one day from his neighbor telling him about the crack he saw on the side of Chris' house. Chris took a look and his neighbor was right, there was a crack and he worried it would only get worse. He did not have time to waste so he wanted to find the right company immediately. System Design Specialist Nathan Bailey came to Chris' home for an inspection and recommended to Chris that he have Push Piers installed as a lasting solution. These Push Piers would be inserted into the ground next to the cracked area deep enough to find competent soil that could handle the weight of the home. Then a heavy-duty steel bracket is placed on the bottom of the foundation footing. The Push Pier then uses the push against the competent soil to raise the foundation of the home. Chris agreed that this was the lasting solution he wanted. Production Team Leader Sixto Lopez, Production Team Member Mariano Valdovines, and Production Team Member Jose Lopez came out and successfully installed the Push Pier system. Chris is back to business as usual without having to worry about any further damage to his home.

Tonya C. of Travelers Rest, SC was having issues with interior walls cracking above door ways and a back door that was hard to close; after calling around for a few estimates, she hired Cantey Foundation Specialists because of our patented SmartJack System which would lift and stabilize the floors back into place.

Push Piers are hydraulically pushed into the ground until it reaches bedrock.  Team Leader Sixto, Team Member Jose and Team Member Mariano were quickly dispatched to Larry's home and installed the Push Piers. Larry was so thrilled that we were able to raise his home's foundation back into place, and he is satisfied knowing that our solution is designed to last. Larry can finally have peace of mind about that his foundation is permanently secure thanks to Cantey.

Pat P. is among the management team at a church in Greenville, SC where unlevel sidewalks have created a hazard for everyone including children that attend the school there. Pat describes the church as a safe haven for the community but the concern of these sidewalks have been bothersome. There have been many complaints about this trip hazard, and the church does not want anyone getting hurt. Pat saw a truck with Cantey Foundation Specialists' logo on it one morning on her way to work. She gave them a call, and System Design Specialist Alexander Lovette came out to inspect the sidewalks around the church. After his inspection, he explained to Pat that he believed the solution to their problem was Cantey's PolyLevel system that would lift the sidewalk as well as create a stable foundation underneath. Alexander described that the crew would drill dime-sized holes into the concrete and then inject the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk which would fill any voids to create lift. Production Team Leader TJ Harden and Production Team Member Jeremey Wilson came out and successfully injected the sidewalks around the church. Pat and the management team now have the peace of mind that their safe haven has been fully restored.
