Lok Yee L. is a homeowner in Augusta, GA. Lok Yee has lived in Augusta for most of her life but has finally purchased her own home. After working so hard, she was finally able to achieve one of her dreams of becoming a homeowner. Of course, there are responsibilities that come along with owning a home. Some of these she was prepared for and others she was not. Something she was not prepared for was a sloping floor in her living room. When she noticed it, Lok Yee had no idea who she should call. She began doing some research online to find just the right company. She came across Cantey Foundation Specialists and read some of the reviews customers had posted. They had nothing but great things to say about Cantey so she decided to call in. Lok Yee was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist John Adams. John did a thorough inspection of Lok Yee's crawl space and found that Cantey's SmartJack system would be the right solution for her. John explained that the SmartJack system would start with soil being removed at the sites for the SmartJacks. These holes would then be filled with tightly compact crushed stone that would be the solid ground for the footing. The SmartJack would be specifically cut for Rebecca's crawl space and attached to the footing as well as the beam above. Once the SmartJack is secure, it is then adjusted to create lift and stabilization for the floor above. Production Team Leader Jonathan Lowder, Production Team Member Matthew Kelley, and Production Team Member David Herbert came out and successfully installed the SmartJack system. Lok Yee can now enjoy being a homeowner knowing that her home no longer has sloping floors.
