Homeowner Delores R. from Orangeburg, SC started to notice visible sagging on her kitchen floor. When System Design Specialist Jamie arrived Delores explained to him that this problem had been going on for a while but she was starting to worry about her families' safety. Delores just wanted her home to be right, the way it was supposed to be. After giving the home a thorough inspection Jamie explained to Delores that the piers underneath her home had begun to settle. This concerned Delores but Jamie clarified that there was an easy and lasting solution to her problem. He suggested that Cantey's patented SmartJack system be installed to help resist the settling ground underneath her home and at the same time create a lift that would fix the floor in her kitchen. Production Team Leader Israel and Production Team Member Jonathan came out and successfully installed the SmartJacks system to Delores' home. Delores is now enjoying her new, safe kitchen floor with her family and she is thankful to Cantey for making her home right as it is supposed to be.
