Homeowners Joe S. and his wife of Eastover, SC started to notice a dip in the dining room floor where they often hosted family and friends. Believing that fix the low floor spot would be difficult and costly, Joe got a tip from his nephew to call Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free no obligation inspection. System Design Specialist Jason Hugg met Joe at his home and inspected the areas of concern. Afterwards Specialist Jason explained to Joe that the reason there were low spots in the floor were due to the piers underneath his home beginning to settle. Specialist Jason then explained that the solution to Joe’s problem was Cantey’s patented SmartJack system. SmartJacks would lift and level the floor while creating a base that would effectively resist settlement. Production Team Leader Israel and Production Team Member Jonathan came out to Joe’s home and effectively installed the Smart Jack system. Joe and his wife are now enjoying their time entertaining guests in the dining room thanks to Cantey.

This Westville, SC driveway had significant settling leading to tripping hazards and lowered property values. Cantey Foundation Specialists was able to restore is using their lightweight polylevel lifting foam in only one day. 

The chimney on this house had begun to pull away. The homeowners were worried that it might eventually lean enough to cause it to fall over - and they were right. We installed two piers on either side of the chimney in order to lift it and make it stop retracting from the home.

After the flood, Julia R. from Camden called Cantey Foundation Specialists with a whole array of problems.  The first project?  Draining her crawl space of any water, decreasing the humidity so living organisms would not grow, stabilizing her floor through our SmartJack system, and encapsulating her whole crawl space to prevent further damage of rotting or mold.
