Mark L. of Myrtle Beach, SC waited a long time to fix his settling foundation; by the time Cantey arrived on the scene, his foundation had completely separated from his home.  There was nearly a foot long space inbetween his foundation and floor of his home!  Production Crew Foreman Sixto Lopez lifted and leveled his home using our patented Push Pier System, while Production Crew Foreman TJ Harden stabilized it using our PolyLEVEL system!  Be sure to check out the connected YouTube video to see the amazing movement of the home!

Home Owner Tarra S. called Cantey about her kitchen floor sagging and slumping lower each month. She told us that at one point she would have reoccurring dreams about falling through floors, which made her very anxious to step anywhere near the sinking floor. After we did some inspecting, we found that whoever owned the house before her, had temporary jacks put in under the area to stop the sagging floor above (Key word: Temporary). We knew we could get Tarra some good sleep and set her mind at ease, so Cantey got right to it. A week later, we extra support to each beam under the entire kitchen area, replaced the temporary jacks with our permanent SmartJacks, and added a new support beam under the main sagging area. Tarra called us a week after the job was completed and told us that she could finally get some sleep without having to worry about nightmares of falling through floors.  

Tom M. of Longs, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists because he was worried about some visible foundation cracks on the side of his home.  After his free estimate with System Design Specialist William Yarbrough, Tom chose Cantey because he knew our patented push pier system was the best solution for his problem.  Production Crew Foreman Sixto Lopez and Production Crew Member Mariano Amaya installed 4 push piers shortly after Tom's decision.  Cantey's solution closed the small cracks on the side of his home and stabilized it from further settling.  Now Tom does not have to worry about any foundation problems!
