After our trained inspector came to inspect their space, he concluded that the crawl space had extreme moisture issues! The wet soil and standing water on the tarp made it so the wood beams had an everlasting source to water. Water and wood are NOT a good match. Too much exposure to moisture can cause the beams to decay and fail. Luckily, we had the perfect solution for them!

CleanSpace Drainage Matting & Liner: The vapor barrier is made of a durable, thick 20mil liner that reduces moisture and vapor in the crawl space. The matting has raised dimples, which helps water that gets trapped under the liner flow to the designated pump/drain. It is also used as an extra protective layer for knees when crawling around in the space. 
SuperSump Plus: This top-rated 1/3 HP Zoeller cast iron pump offers reliability and high-volume pumping. It even has built-in alarm alerts when water level rises too high!
IceGuard: The IceGuard product ensures your space won't flood in the case that cold weather freezes your discharge lines. The trapped water will be released through the top!
LawnScape Outlet: Our LawnScape Outlet is grated to help stop leaves and pests from getting inside. It is also green to better camouflage with the surrounding grass.
