Our inspector went out and saw that their crawl space soil ground was very moist. The health of a crawl space is very important, because 50% of the air we breathe upstairs comes from the crawl space/basement.

These Tennessee homeowners were experiencing an excessive amount of moisture in their crawl space due to a leak. They had said that they went into their crawl space often and it was normally wet. They were worried about the mold growth and it damaging the quality of their home.

This crawl space with standing water and mold growing on the wood beams and walls needed our help! Our trained inspector, Robert, met the homeowners at their home. He then inspected their crawl space, took reference photos, and moisture tests. He knew exactly what this crawl space needed.
