This customer in Whites Creek Pike, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. They had an unfinished basement, they wanted to waterproof it before finishing it. Frontier came out and installed a WaterGuard system, a TripleSafe sump pump, drainage lines, and a IceGuard System a LawnScape to drain any water out of the basement out of the structure into the yard. Now they are ready to finish their basement and make it a livable space.

To mitigate the issue and waterproof the basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, Trench drains, CleanSpace wall liner, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now thier basement is dry and clean.

The family had spent many sleepless nights babysitting the basement sump pump. The old sump pump had a history of disappointing and leaving the basement flooded.

Upgrading the old system to a new system was necessary. The new sump pump system is a TripleSafe System with 2 cast iron Zoheller sump pumps and an UltraSump.

To ensure higher air quality, we had torn out their old pink insulation that was growing mold, because of moisture in the crawl space and applied two mold treating products on the wood beams.
