This family's crawl space door needed an upgrade and fast!
Controlling what goes on in your crawl space begins with the crawl space door. And when that important door is made carelessly out of wood (that rots) and made with hinges and screws (that rust), it's an open invite for pests and insects to make their way into your crawl space! This homeowner had finally had enough! It wasn’t a major issue, but it was enough to just aggravate. She was dealing with standing water in her car port, every time it would rain there was a huge puddle. It would take a couple days before it would dry up completely. Unfortunately, there was more times with puddles then without.  She would have to step out of her car and right into a puddle of water. We all know how aggravating this can be. After talking to one of our design specialist, they were able to come up with a quick forever fix. A trench Drain with a discharge line and problem solved.

This customer in Nashville, TN has dealt with water intrusion in their basement for years and now they are at a point where it has to be taken care of. We came in and drilled holes in the concrete block to let the water drain from the walls, installed WaterGuard around the interior of basement walls, a TripleSafe Sump Pump for the water to drain into, a drainage line and IceGuard to the exterior, and a LawnScape System so any water collected will drain into the yard. Now that this project is completed, this customer no longer needs to worry about a wet basement every time it rains.  

After years of water damage the concrete work was in bad shape. The broken concrete was a safety concern; trip hazard, holding water when it rains, freezing in the winter, and less than pretty. Removing the old concrete, pouring new, and giving the water proper drainage solves this Nashville home owners problem permanently.
