This customer in Tuscumbia, AL had moisture and mold issues inside their crawl space. They called Frontier out to mitigate the situation. They decided on a partial encapsulation. This included cleaning the old wet insulation out as well as all other debris in the crawl space. After that we installed Drainage matting on all the crawl space flooring, followed by CleanSpace on the floors, and walls, and wrapped around the piers. After that was installed we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull excess moisture from the air.  

Customer's wall was failing but did not have the space for Wall Anchors. Frontier's Carbon Armor was put in its place to insure the wall would remain secure.

This home in Woodlawn, Tennessee had multiple signs of foundation failure.

The wall was pushing-in at the bottom, sliding in at the top, horizontal cracks,  stair step cracks, and bowing. The family is not protected with Power Braces. 

The Power Brace system supports the basement wall. The PowerBrace is a Zinc coated beam and components, with a clean-cut appearance, and a patented tightening system. This is a joist reinforcement method that distributes weight evenly.

The basement walls in this Woodlawn, TN home were causing the homeowner some concern. We installed the PowerBrace system to straighten out the walls and prevent future bowing. The homeowner was left with the peace of mind knowing that the home's walls had additional support. 

This home was built on top of land that had old mine activity, the earth under the home is now acting like a sinkhole. As the home continues to sink the foundation twist and buckles. The stress of that movement is more than the structure can handle. This home needed permanent soltuions for their foundation problems.
