This customer in Big Rock, TN, called Frontier concerned about a sinking crawl space floor. To mitigate the moisture issue causing the floor to sag, we installed our SmartJack System to stabilize and lift the structure back up. Once that was complete, we addressed the moisture issues by completing a crawl space encapsulation. 

This customer in Erin, TN, called Frontier due to uneven floors and cracks in their home's interior walls. His uneven floors were caused by failing crawl space supports. For this customer, we installed our SmartJack System to support and lift the structure back up. 

This homeowner was concerned with the stability of their home's floors. We installed SmartJacks in the home's crawlspace to give the home the extra support in needed. Customer was left happy with the peace of mind knowing that their floors are supported.

This customer's basement wall was bowing inward and very close to failing all together. Wall anchors were installed to not only secure the wall but also straighten the wall over time. Also, surface bonding cement was added to the wall to seal the cracks.

This customer in Tuscumbia, AL noticed they had moisture in their crawl space. To address the issue before more damage could be caused, we came out and encapsulated the crawl space. After we cleaned out all the debris, we removed the wet insulation from the rim joists and started the encapsulation process. This included adding drainage matting, CleanSpace, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air.
