This customer in Joelton, TN had foundation settlement issues in his basement like cracking and bowing walls. To permanently stabilize the walls we installed PowerBraces, and a Concrete Angle Bracket.

This customer in Joelton, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We used RimTite Joist Insulation Spray Foam where the wet insulation was removed and added more SilverGlo panels to the exterior wall for extra insulation. We finished this project with a new EverLast crawl space door. 

Before and after Starpipe Crawl Space Drainage system installation, StarPipe™ is a custom–engineered drainage system for crawlspaces. StarPipe’s™ custom design has slots on each side, providing a drainage track on the bottom. StarPipe’s™ unique star shape holds the fabric sleeve in place to prevent dirt from entering drainage slots.

A foundation crack in this Kentucky homeowner's brick wall was concerning as they thought of selling their home in the future. Frontier Basement Systems installed wall anchors underneath the soil to put this wall back together again!

Cracks in foundation were visible in several places. In addition, steel tubes that were already in place to straighten walls. Frontier Basement Systems was called to come in and repair the issues. You can see visible changes in cracks closing as well as unseen foundational repair using wall anchors.
