Our skilled technicians decided to implement our SmartJack system to support the home's floors. These SmartJacks can be adjusted over time to ensure they continue to stabilize the floors. Our system is galvanized to resist corrosion and is the only crawl space support jack that actually addresses problem soils. 

This customer in Thompsons Station, TN decided to go with us for a complete crawl space moisture control system. This is called a crawl space encapsulation. We came in and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, Drainage matting on the floor, Clean Space over the interior walls and floor, as well as a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and an Aspen Air Purifier inside the crawl space. Now all the moisture and dampness in the crawl space will be separated from the rest of the home. No more musty smells, moisture issues, cold floors, or cold drafts coming from the crawl space up into the home.
