A foundation crack in this Kentucky homeowner's brick wall was concerning as they thought of selling their home in the future. Frontier Basement Systems installed wall anchors underneath the soil to put this wall back together again!

Cracks in foundation were visible in several places. In addition, steel tubes that were already in place to straighten walls. Frontier Basement Systems was called to come in and repair the issues. You can see visible changes in cracks closing as well as unseen foundational repair using wall anchors.

This customer in Russellville, KY, called Frontier due to multiple issues they were having. The first part of the project was to stabilize a failing wall in the basement and install a PowerBrace system. 

SmartJacks and supplemental Beam are placed to stabilize sagging floor joists. In an effort to level the floors the smart jacks support the adjacent walls to the left and right in the living room area and the stairs. 

This Springfield homeowner was unhappy with the uneven floors in their home. We installed SmartJacks to support their crawlspace from underneath, leaving the customer happy with their newly level floors.
