This customer in Springfield, TN had a foundation settlement issue with their front porch and steps. To mitigate this we needed to Lift and Level Seal Joints Repair Cracks Permanently Stabilize Foundation Permanently Support Slab. 

To do this we installed PolyLEVEL to even the concrete, cleaned up and prepared cracks as needed, and applied NexusPro joint sealant to seal the bricks. To permanently stabilize the foundation we installed 3" Helical Pier, low profile bracket around the area. 

This customer in Springfield, TN had bowing walls from settlement issues. We installed PowerBraces using a 10 ft brace and installed the PowerBrace Top Lever Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to joists parallel to wall) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket.

Now all the moisture and dampness in the crawl space will be separated from the rest of the home. No more musty smells, moisture issues, cold floors, or cold drafts coming from the crawl space up into the home.

To mitigate the issue and prevent any further water issues in the future we completed a waterproofing system.
