This customer in Franklin, TN had an issue with their retaining wall. It was failing and needed to be stabilized. We decided the best solution would be to install our GeoLock wall repair system. We anchored the wall with small earth anchors in the ground and a plate system on the wall. Now the wall is stable and they no longer need to worry about falling or bowing or completely failing.   

GeoLock Anchors protect foundation walls from further inward movement. Heavy-duty steel earth anchors are embedded in stable soil away from your foundation wall and then connected to steel wall plates with galvanized steel rods. Once tightened, the anchors hold the wall securely in place. The system can also be tightened during dry seasons to further straighten walls over time.
