This customer called in Nashville, TN called Frontier when they noticed cracks and separation on her home's exterior bricks, siding, and interior crawl space walls. These are clear indications that this area of the home was sinking and there was a foundation issue that needed to be addressed before it could get any worse. We were able to come out and install Push Piers on the side of the home that was sinking. Push piers not only stop settlement but lift the foundation back to its original position, closing the cracks.

This customer in Nashville, TN was having moisture issues in his crawl space and came to Frontier for a crawl space encapsulation. We came in removed all the wet insulation and cleaned the debris out of his crawl space. We installed our TripleSafe sump pump to pull moisture out and drain it out of the crawl space. We also added drainage matting to the floors and CleanSpace liner to the floors and walls. To clean the air even further we added a SaniDry dehumidifier, used SilverGlo to block his vents off, and added a nice new crawl space access door.

To address the moisture issues, we removed all the old moisture-damaged debris, added drainage matting to the floors, and covered the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, installed a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and drainage lines. We finished the project by installing a new secure EverLast crawl space door. Now, this customer has a structurally stable, dry, and healthy crawl space.
