This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier for their basement and crawl space waterproofing needs. They had an unfinished basement and a crawl space that had moisture issues. Frontier came out and cleaned all the debris out of the basement and crawl space, installed a WaterGuard System for the basement as well as a Trench drain and then for the basement and crawl space installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner on all floors and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, and drainage lines to drain any water out of the basement out of the structure into the yard through an IceGuard System and LawnScape. We also added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air and SilverGlo panels to seal the vents, cutting off the outside from the basement and crawl space. 

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier to come out and inspect his crawl space for moisture issues. There were obvious signs of damage from the excess moisture. To mitigate the issue they decided on crawl space waterproofing. This project included a lot of debris removal like the old vapor barrier and wet insulation between the floor joists. Once the crawl space was cleared, we added Drainage matting to the floors, followed by CleanSpace on the walls, and floors, and wrapped around piers. We sealed the vents with SilverGlo and sealed off any air leaks with spray foam insulation and installed a SaniDry Sedona to pull any excess moisture from the air. Making this a nice, dry, healthy crawl space.
