This customer in Nashville, TN had foundation settlement issues causing the back of the structure to start sinking, to mitigate this issue we installed Helical Piers to support the foundation using low profile brackets to lift the foundation and prevent any further settling or cracking on the exterior walls. 

This customer in Nashville, TN called us for moisture issues in his crawl space. We decided on doing a full crawl space encapsulation. This project includes removing all the old moisture-damaged debris, adding drainage matting to the floors, covering the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, and adding a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and Iceguard drainage lines. We finished the project by connecting a Lawnscape system that will carry all the water captured out to the yard away from the structure to protect the foundation. Now this customer had a clean, dry, and healthy crawl space.  

This church in Auburn, KY was experiencing some foundation settlement that was causing stair-stepping in the brick of the building. To prevent the foundation from sinking further and causing more complicated issues in the future we installed piers to lift and support the church's foundation. This will stop the settlement and leave the church building intact for years to come.
