The front steps of this Brentwood, TN home were sinking into the unstable soil below. The homeowner had noticed that the crack that had formed between steps had gotten significantly worse over time. The homeowner called us to complete a free estimate and solve the problem they were experiencing with their steps. We installed helical piers under the home's front steps to offer support where the soil could not. This will lift the steps and prevent further cracking and separation as time goes on.

This client had foundation settlement issues at her home in Brentwood, TN.  We installed Push Piers to support the foundation and fix the settlement issues. To fix the issue, we installed PowerBraces using a 10 ft brace and a PowerBrace Concrete Angle Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to overhead concrete decks, porches, etc.) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket to stabilize the basement wall permanently.
