This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in his crawl space. To mitigate the issue we completed a crawl space encapsulation. 

Chad in Nashville, TN, contacted Frontier to assess a failing basement wall. The design specialist confirmed that the wall was bowing inward and recommended Power Braces. Frontier installed seven Power Braces to straighten the wall as much as possible and restore stabilization.

The floors of this Nashville, TN, home had been slanting and had become bouncy over the years. This was due to failing floor joists under the home. The homeowner called us to install SmartJacks under his house to support and level his home's floors. The adjustable jacks can be fixed to continue offering support as the home settles naturally.

This customer in Nashville, TN had foundation settlement issues causing the back of the structure to start sinking, to mitigate this issue we installed Helical Piers to support the foundation using low profile brackets to lift the foundation and prevent any further settling or cracking on the exterior walls.
