He noted cracked cement and cracks in their exterior chimney. Their doors also had a hard time closing correctly and the floors seemed bouncy. Under the house, he saw the wood was getting weak and slightly molding. Sometimes, the weight of the furniture and occupants become too much and the floors and walls begin to sag. That, plus the molding beams only meant the home was going to get worse.
